You may be feeling stuck with your life and the therapeutic space allows you to explore this in more detail with the aim of getting an understanding of your situation. You may wish to work on a current or past trauma that you have experienced that is still causing you difficulties. You may want the space to work through a loss, bereavement, or life changing situation.

Critical Incident Responding

45 minutes and over • £40 per hour

I have extensive experience working with trauma. I am also trained to respond to the immediate aftermath of a critical incident eg a bereavement, a riot, an accident or any other event which has the potential to impact on the people involved or witnesses to the event.
The sooner people receive therapeutic inervention after these devastating events can hugely reduce the chance that they will suffer with long term traumatic responses.
