The coronavirus lockdown has been a double-edged sword for people’s mental health according to a Wishaw psychotherapist.
Julie Murphy, 41, provides private counselling sessions to people who have suffered traumatic experiences in their lives.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and National Clinical Director Jason Leitch have been at pains to acknowledge the impact the lockdown is having on mental health.
